Ni Luh Putu Gita Iswara H. S.H., M.H.

Gita has been involved in a variety projects at SNR, with a focus on merger and acquisition transactions, general corporate and commercial law, data privacy, and bankruptcy law. Gita also has been involved in numerous legal due diligence projects and has helped advise clients on the establishment of companies in Indonesia.

 

Prior to joining SNR, Gita worked at another leading law firm in Jakarta with a focus on capital market law.

 

While at university, Gita was active in several student organizations.
